He was born in Melincué, Santa Fe, and in 1918 he joined the Post Office as a courier and became General Manager, where he retired in 1986, serving 55 years of service.
He was the author of numerous innovations that served to perfect, create new services or postal and telegraphic work systems.
In May 1989 he joined the Foundation as Administrative Advisor. There he developed an intense organizational and management activity together with the presidency, setting the bases of operation and insertion in the middle of our institution. Until his death, in August 2010, he continued to lend his invaluable and generous dedication without hesitation.
